Physical Screening
During your assessment we’ll measure range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. Understanding these attributes help us identify your body’s weak links and uncover the source of your golf swing’s mechanical breakdown.

Evaluation results are also used to establish your golf fitness handicap. This number quantifies your current golf fitness level and helps document physical progress over time.
Our physical screening procedure is your blueprint to better golf. Information learned during this process empowers you to attack the most crucial physical elements hindering your golf swing. Without it, creating an efficient and effective plan to improve your game can become next to impossible.
Video Analysis

Video images illustrate swing faults. Physical screening data explains why faults occur.
We use video analysis to isolate the specific location of your golf swing’s mechanical breakdown – then we take things a step further.

In addition to identifying swing inefficiencies with video, we reveal their source using information obtained during our physical screening procedure.
Unlike others, we use video analysis to teach you exactly how your body’s physical limitations are dictating your swing fault.
After all, if you can’t identify the root of a problem, how can it be resolved?
Lucky for us, uncovering the origin of your swing fault and devising a plan to correct it is what we do best. Later, we’ll use pre-training methodology to show you how to overcome the limitations inhibiting your golf swing.
Pre Training Methodology
Once we’ve learned how your body is affecting your golf swing our TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will help guide you toward the road to recovery.
Pre-training methodology allows you to experience exercises and swing drills selected to correct your physical limitations before exploring them on your own.
During this one-on-one session, your Golf Fitness Instructor will walk you through each of the exercises prescribed in your custom golf fitness program.
Custom Exercise Program

Experience up to 18 golf specific training sessions. Created to resolve golf specific physical limitations and designed for you to perform on your own, each completed session brings you closer to better golf.
